Vinyasa Yoga with lululemon Ambassador Erik Underwood!
Erik is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and life coach. He loves using yoga as a bridge to connect the mind and the body.
This class is a 60 minute light hearted, fun all-levels flow. Meditation, breath work, and flowing through different poses designed to get you out of your head, and back to who you really are!
